Luis Sanchez - Foreman

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  He worked as a consultant for computer networking systems.  Luis has worked with many companies, i.e. - Bank of America, McDonnell Douglas, Hughes Aircraft and more.  Luis has a systems engineering degree and has designed, built and maintained many network systems.  He was a Systems Analyst at Bank of America for fifteen years, where he controlled the computer network system, responsible for critical business activities, i.e. - stocks and bonds, daily trading, loans, etc.

We have professionals in all job functions, i.e. - foundations (raised or slab), framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, mechanical systems (HVAC), and more.  We can help design your home, get plans approved and ready to issue, pull permits, build, fabricate and complete your project in a fast and timely manner!

Who We Are

Dan Tolentino - General Contractor

Born and raised in Hollywood, California.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge in 1994.

Dan worked for the #1 baseball bat manufacturing company in the World, Easton Sports Incorporated, as a Mechanical Engineer for 14 years.  Easton is the industry leader in the manufacturing of aluminum and composite baseball and softball bats, hockey sticks, and bicycling equipment.  During his tenure at Easton Sports, Dan worked as a Mechical Engineer, Bat Product Manager and as a Lead Engineer for Bat Process Development.

Easton is where he learned about various types of high end materials and their applications.  Many of these materials: such as Aluminum, Titanium, Steel, Delrin, Composites, Silicones, Urethanes and Polyurethanes, amongst others, are widely used in the aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries.

As Lead Engineer for Bat Process Development, he used Concurrent Engineering to help design, develop and launch new products in a timely and orderly fashion.  His primary job function is "speed to market."  In a fast paced industry, speed to market is important when developing, manufacturing and launching new products.  This is what you can count on when you choose d t construction.  Attention to detail, firm timelines, great craftsmanship and the satisfaction of knowing your project is in good hands.
